Swati Karandikar is a Chief Compliance Officer at Even. Swati brings a wealth of knowledge and experience working with regulators, fintechs and financial institutions in consumer finance. Prior to joining Even, Swati led a compliance team at LendUp, and before LendUp, Swati was a consultant at Promontory and helped design and implement consumer compliance and risk management programs at large financial institutions.
Prior to Promontory, Swati was an analyst at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Swati also served as an AmeriCorps*VISTA Leader working on financial capabilities and foreclosure mitigation efforts. Swati received her B.S. from University of Wisconsin.
