6ctoria Lucas is the Director, People Operations at ideas42 where she drives recruiting, performance management, DEI and organizational learning. Prior to ideas42, she has had experience in various industries including advertising, aviation and information services, supporting the alignment of programming initiatives to organizational objectives. Victoria has a sincere passion for diversity and inclusion, talent management, as well as student programming and development. She holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Quinnipiac University and her MS in Organizational Change Management from The New School. Victoria believes family, food, travel, and sports keep the earth on its axis.
